Official: Russia needs national plan to improve competition
MOSCOW, Sep 28 (PRIME) -- Russia needs to develop a national plan for development of competition, the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s Director Igor Artemyev told reporters Wednesday after the service’s panel.
“We think that in order for that (solution of problems in competition) to happen, we need a national plan for development of competition in Russia,” he said, adding that the plan should be approved by a presidential decree.
“We suppose that it will be a large-scale road map, and not a separate federal target program, while existing sectorial federal target programs should initiate corresponding sections,” he said.
